10 day model detox diet

This is an easy cleansing diet that’s flexible, convenient and just makes sense. It’s rich in vital nutrients and vitamins to keep your body well nourished and maintain stable energy levels. By eliminating animal products and processed foods, this diet helps your body to clean itself and purge toxins. It’s also great for reducing cellulite and clearing up skin.

Foods to eat: organic fruits and vegetables 

Foods to avoid:

  • Dairy and animal products
  • Bread, pasta, grains, cereal
  • Chocolate
  • Nuts
  • Sauces
  • Pickled vegetables or canned fruit
  • Alcohol and cigarettes
  • Coffee and tea (except green and herbal)

Meal plans:

Breakfast- Have fruit each of the 10 days for breakfast. Make sure you only have a portion. 

Lunch&dinner- Make sure to keep calories low, but nutrition high! A great vegetable puree is the answer to this, if you need an idea.

Snacks- Organic fruit smoothies are allowed or just plain fruit is good. Remember portionsportionsportions! 

Drinks- Freshly squeezed juice is always a good option! Water/green tea is always great to drink as well.
