Don’t you think thinspo is wrong? No it motivates people to reach their goals. You can lose weight and be healthy you know! Nothing is wrong with thinspo. People can do as they please! What foods are negative calories? No such thing! Negative calories are a myth. This is debatable, but imo MYTH.
Favorite diet? I kinda just like eating my own way.
How do you hide your eating habits? It isn’t necessary to! From friends I usually take bites of things and then complain I have cramps.
What do you do when your friends try to force you to eat? Nobody can FORCE me physically to eat, let’s be real. I’m very hard headed and don’t really let people force me to do much of anything.
What is a plateau? It’s when your body slows down your metabolism in order to save calories! Which makes your weight loss slow down. Best way to spike it would be doing the 2468 diet! Never give up when a plateau happens! They could be frustrating but keep going!:)
