My Meal/Workout Plan(:

On eating days I’ll have:

Breakfast: 1/4 cup of cereal with 1 tablespoon skim milk and 2 tablespoons water
Lunch: Green tea and lettuce/spinach 
Dinner: 0-350 clean, healthy filled calories

Fasting days:

Friday&Wednesday :D

Workout plan:

2 mile walk everyday, 1 hour of dance, 1 toning workout 4 days a week, and 45 minutes of whatever else.
