Cause they make you not hungry. I turned down all foods. They’re very addictive though so I don’t recommend them. They got me started on morphine and stuffff.

5 bites of whatever for dinner (not large bites)
Take one multi vitamin a day
Try to get in some protein
You can drink whatever you want, as long as it’s 0 calories.
FIRST OF ALL.. this is the worst long term plan ever if you do it every day. You would get sick and you would either cave or when you went back to eating...
