Instinct Diet

Breakfast-

  • 1/4 cup high-fiber cereal with 3 tablespoons granola and 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 1//2 cup sliced strawberries
  • Coffee or tea

Snack-

  • 1 apple
  • Water

Lunch- 

  • 1/2 cup of soup
  • Ham and cheese on low carb bread (fat free cheese)

Snack- 

  • Frozen grapes

Dinner-

  • Tuna
  • 1 cup of steamed broccoli 
  • 1 pear
