March Goals

  • Get down to 100 pounds
  • Never exceed 500 calories
  • Plan all meals ahead
  • Drink 2 liters of water a day
  • Follow through with all planned workouts
  • Fast at least once a week (probably Sundays!)
  • Start pilates
  • Start lifting
  • Flat belly!
  • Oh and start the modified flat belly diet
