hi doll! I'm going on vacation next month and want to get in bikini shape. What is a fast way to drop ten pounds and tone up? I'm willing to work hard, do whatever i need and eat whatever it takes! <3
Its simple. Workout 2 hours a day, id split it one hour in the morning, 1 later on. Cardio intervals and try pilates! Maybe try a raw vegan diet? Or try to eat 1100 a day? Drop all junk food and dressings and what not. Only drink water and green tea. You can drink black coffee too. Take vitamin b and if youre not doin raw vegan just eat non processed foods!
